It was originally founded in 2007 only for the IPHONE and other apple deices such as IPOD touch,IPAD,Apple TV. BUt At that Time IPAD and APPLE TV was not manufactured or available. IPAD and apple TV Both are manufactured in January 2010. Apple Doesnot allows insallation of iOS on other devices like other mobiles HTC, Samsung Mobiles. This operating systems only support Apple devices and APPLE company also said that in future it may be only for apple apple and apple.

What is iOS:-

APPLE company was first founded By STEVE JOBS usually Known as the Father and Founder of APPLE. At That time It was not So famous but after 1 year it Become Number 1 company of the world. But devices of apple was very expensive that Usually about 20 to 25% of people can buy it. APPLE Introduced iOS with there new Mobile IPHONE at the Macworld Conference and EXPO By Official APPLE workers at 9-JANUARY-2007, and Then they released World's Fastest mobile and Best operating system in JUNE 2007. At That Time IPHONE was Very first mobile to test iOS and iOS was new to market so APPLE Said that IPHONE runs OS X. Means it Only runs apps created by and programmed by APPLE. It May not support other third party apps created by Other companies such as from SOCIAl networking sites. No one knows extensions and other programming languages that how to run OS X(iOS) apps. On 17-OCTOBER-2007 APPLE announced a Good news for all the developers that a native SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT KIT(SDK) was Under the development and May be available in market Soon. They planned to put it in Developers hand in feburary. On 6-MARCH-2008 Apple released there first beta vesion with a new name of Operating system "IPHONE OS"
